Jane is a strategic leader in the international development space with extensive experience in organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and government relations. She has held executive roles across leading INGOs including World Vision, Caritas, VOICE, and Action on Poverty, driving national engagement strategies, cross-sector partnerships, and the scaling of locally led, evidence-based development solutions.
Jane works at the intersection of strategy, policy, and collaboration to advance sustainable, community-driven impact across diverse global contexts.
Arabelle Brewer
COO
Arabelle is a strategic and performance leader with extensive experience shaping enterprise‑wide strategy and providing executive leadership across purpose‑led, commercial, and regulated environments. She is recognised for building scalable operating models, leading complex change, and fostering high‑performing cultures that protect and advance mission and values.
Working closely with boards and executive teams, Arabelle strengthens organisational performance, governance, and long‑term sustainability, driven by a deep commitment to purpose‑led work that delivers lasting impact.
Praveen Lata
Director of International Programs
Praveen is a senior international development leader with a strong track record delivering complex, multi‑country programs across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. She has held senior roles with Action on Poverty, USAID‑funded programs, Habitat for Humanity, and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community, leading program design, strategic partnerships, and large‑scale donor‑funded initiatives.
Praveen’s work brings together strategy, finance, and collaboration to advance locally led, accountable, and sustainable development outcomes.
Ta Van Tuan
Director of Product Development and Impact
Tuan is an international development leader and social innovator specialising in poverty alleviation, governance, and community‑based tourism. His work spans Asian Development Bank and EU‑funded initiatives, roles with INGOs including Plan International and ActionAid, and advisory work with the Pacific Asia Travel Association.
At Action on Poverty, Tuan has served as Vietnam Country Director and Asia Regional Director, and now leads product development and impact, designing and scaling locally led, evidence‑informed solutions through partnerships and impact measurement.
Truong Quoc Can
Vietnam Country Director
Truong Quoc Can is a development practitioner and organisational leader with experience across government research institutions, international NGOs, and civil society. He works across strategy, applied research, and multi-stakeholder partnerships to advance rural development, sustainable agriculture, climate action, natural resource governance, disaster risk reduction, and policy analysis.
He has held senior roles with ActionAid Vietnam, CISDOMA, and Action on Poverty, and led research and technical advisory work across Vietnam and the wider region, including the Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Timor‑Leste.
