We’re committed to listening to our supporters, partners, and the communities we work with, and strive to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. If you think we’ve fallen short of these standards, please submit a complaint using the form below.
We recognise that a safe and respectful workplace depends on the ability of individuals to report misconduct without fear. To that end, we ensure that all reports are handled with strict confidentiality. We provide secure and anonymous reporting channels, limit access to sensitive information, and train our team to manage disclosures with care and discretion.
Anyone can report any incident or misconduct that affects the integrity of AOP personnel, assets or operations. This may include fraud and corruption, sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, and child safeguarding breaches.
If it is a safeguarding related complaint, you can also contact us at safeguarding@actiononpoverty.org.
If you feel that your initial safeguarding complaint is not resolved by the Safeguarding Leads, or the case involves the Chief Executive Officer, please contact the Safeguarding Focal Point of the Board of Directors at board.safeguarding@actiononpoverty.org.
If you do not feel satisfied by Action on Poverty’s response to your complaint, you can contact the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID).
